1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be partially or fully rejected for a refund.


3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product.

We will provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.


7. Return Location

8. Important Notice

Some items are fulfilled via international warehouse partners. This may affect return routing and processing times.
